Tuesday 1/14

Hall Meeting @10pm 

We will do a general group check-in (sharing highs and lows) 

• Hall snack will be shared as well 

How do these meeting times work for us? 

• Willing to discuss changes to hall meeting/room inspections (a poll will be sent out)

• In the future I will be sharing quick updates here and taking opinions on food/grocery runs and other activities that you all may want to take part in. 

• It also lets me send mass texts instead of relying on email or other “formal systems”. 

Events in general

• For J-term events are subject to change as I get everything set up as a new CC 

• I will generally send reminders updates before these changes or cancellations

S'mores @10:30pm  

• At the hunt grills 

• Feel free to bring speakers, or other snacks 

Friday 1/17

Mario Kart? 

• 3E lounge mario kart night (I have the DLC tracks too) 

• Time TBD

Sunday 1/19

FOOD RUN: CHOPSTIX  @1:30pm (meet in Bryan lobby)

• I’ll send out a sign-up so I know who to expect 

• Justin will be joining 😁

Monday 1/20

MLK day - all in participation

Agenda items 

• senior campus service 

• Join the 3E Hunt Band 

• Be mindful of how you are conducting yourselves in the laundry room, multiple CCs are seeing lots of messes 

• RLA apps 

• Reach out to me if there is anything that I can do to support you better! 

• Please be diligent about check and submitting/closing out passes when you return/leave campus
