Hall Meeting Notes

Tuesday 4/13

Hall meeting

• The lounge is gross, please take better care of it 

• Bathroom cleanliness 

• The fish has another thing in its tank, and as such he will be moved this week. I’ve explained my expectations and it is unfortunate that we cannot follow them. 

• Also, the hall has been very loud late at night, I shouldn't be able to hear you from my room with the door closed very late. Exam quiet hours are also in effect so please be considerate of your hallmates.

• Room reinspections, if you need your room re-inspected…it will happen on Thursday, at 4:30pm

Final Week Reminders 

• Senior dessert, 7:00pm-8:00pm on Friday the 16th 

• Yearbooks will start being distributed on that Friday as well, you have to pick up your own book. 

• Hunt Kitchen is closing for the year on Thursday the 15th @7pm 

• No overnight guests starting next week 

• Once you move out! You’re moved out! The only thing you can come back for is commencement 

• A reminder to look at the Final Week Move-out check-list, I recommend starting early especially for everyone with a bunch of stuff on your walls or a lot in your rooms in general. 

• If your rooms continue to be not prepared you will not be permitted to attend farewell fest, or other festivities connected to end of year celebrations 

• Also just leaving your belongings and not packing up correctly will result in a fine. 

• PLEASE BE PROACTIVE 

• PLEASE CLEAN YOUR ROOMS & THE HALL
